The objective of this research was to assess the influence of the application of a virtual physical exercise program in times of Covid-19 to strengthen muscle strength in adults from Ciudad del Carmen Campeche. It responds to a pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test for the same group of people investigated. It consisted of carrying out a physical exercise program to strengthen muscle strength as one of the most effective preventive measures to delay the appearance of chronic degenerative diseases. The population with whom we worked in the program was a group of 16 adults, in the age range 18 to 23 years. It was carried out from home using digital technology. With the results obtained in the research, it was found that the online physical exercise program, for the development of muscle strength in adults, was favorable, since an increase in the repetitions of functional exercises was found by 100%. of its participants. For this reason, it is considered that there are significant differences between both measurements of the variables, which was statistically demonstrated using the Wilcoxon rank test of non-parametric statistics. Keywords: Physical exercises, Muscle strength, Covid-19.
