The method of formation related to games professional in the educating speciality of Babyhood

Abstract

With the Third Improvement of the National Education System in Cuba, special attention is paid to the training of students in the Early Childhood Educator specialty, which brings with it a better preparation of teachers, specialists and managers who work in these educational institutions. The main objective is to present the recreational-professional training method in the Early Childhood Educator specialty, in order to address the pedagogical direction of the play of children from zero to six years old and guarantee the maximum possible comprehensive development of each one. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of adopting an interdisciplinary approach, collaboration between educators, professionals and other specialists related to the training of these specialists. The tools to enhance recreational-professional training in students at this level of education will be argued from the proposed method and procedures. Likewise, different methods and techniques used in the implementation of the proposal will be examined, highlighting their impact on the development of professional skills of the students of the Floro Regino Pérez Pedagogical School, in Santiago de Cuba.

This scientific article seeks to highlight the importance of the recreational-professional training method, in the training of Early Childhood professionals, from an interdisciplinary approach as a basis for their comprehensive development. It is expected that this study contributes to reflection and promotes its implementation from theoretical-methodological and practical aspects, as a key factor from the logic of the teaching-learning development process.
