Quality culture at B&M: evaluation and strategies for organizational innovation

Quality culture is based on a deep-rooted set of beliefs and behaviors present in the company, influencing both its development and the way in which social groups collaborate focused on the continuous improvement of products and services. This the objective of the research is to analyze the predominant organizational culture in the B&M company, providing leaders with a detailed understanding of the cultural dynamics present in the organization. The methodology used follows the Cameron and Quinn model. A survey technique is used with a standardized and validated questionnaire. The results obtained delve into the current organizational culture of B&M and the desired culture. These findings offer a solid basis for developing specific strategies that further consolidate and improve the adhocratic culture, contributing to the company's capacity for innovation and adaptation.
