The main objective of this research was to implement a recreational physical activity program based on cooperative games in Physical Education classes. The study was conducted based on the negative attitudes students at the Helen Keller private school in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, exhibited during Physical Education classes after two years of virtual classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results demonstrate changes in attitudes during the teaching-learning process. The implementation of a cooperative games program, accompanied by a scale test regarding physical activity and recreation, allowed us to understand the different attitudes during Physical Education classes through the opinions of specialists. This action led to positive results and the achievement of the established objective.
