NLP and Neuroscience Techniques in the Professional Development of Public Accounting Students

Given the current requirements for public accounting professionals, it is pertinent to explore tools that can improve student performance. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the impact of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and neuroscience on the professional development of public accounting students. As a method, theoretical concepts, applied methodologies, and specific benefits in the academic and professional fields are verified to identify how the integration of these tools contributes to improving the cognitive, emotional, and social skills of public accounting students. The results obtained show that the systematic application of NLP and neuroscience can significantly enhance the performance and professional preparation of future public accountants. In conclusion, NLP and neuroscience facilitate concentration, problem-solving, emotional management, and decision-making, all of which are fundamental aspects of comprehensive accounting training.
