Current perspectives in electronic conflict resolution

Electronic conflict resolution is at the center of today, since the evolution of society, along with its social, political and economic aspects, demands an adaptation of solutions to society. The research focuses on how mediation and arbitration can contribute to Electronic Dispute Resolution Centers. Adopting a qualitative descriptive approach, the bibliographic method is used to theoretically substantiate mediation and arbitration in relation to electronic resolution. The results highlight the convergence of methods in CREC, the effectiveness of mediation and arbitration, and the positive influence of technology on voluntariness, offering a promising outlook for resolving disputes in the digital environment. These findings underline the current relevance of these methods, and indicate their potential for addressing disputes in the digital space.
