Deficiency of the access to the information in the Administration of the Human Talent and the labor acting

The research analyzes how barriers in access to information affect operational efficiency and work performance in the Municipal Public Company of Drinking Water and Sewerage of Santo Domingo (EPMAPA-SD), these deficiencies generate job dissatisfaction, decrease productivity and negatively affect the quality of the public service offered. On the other hand, a mixed approach was used that combines quantitative and qualitative techniques. Structured surveys with Likert-type scales were applied to measure standardized perceptions, as well as qualitative interviews to explore in depth the experiences of employees regarding access to information and its impact on job performance. With the aim of improving operational efficiency and facilitating more informed decision-making, this includes identifying barriers, evaluating current information systems and proposing strategies to optimize internal processes.
