Evaluación de los emprendimientos post pandemia en la ciudad de Ambato

Resumen

El emprendimiento en el mundo es un proceso sistemático importante que dinamiza la economía y genera fuentes de empleo. En el Ecuador existe un alto espíritu emprendedor que combina motivaciones de oportunidad y necesidad, que se ha visto afectado por la pandemia sanitaria que vive el mundo. Sin embargo, la crisis originada por el COVID-19, la cuarentena y el temor a salir de casa se han convertido en generadores de nuevos emprendimientos como fuente de ingreso de miles de familiares alrededor del mundo. En esta investigación se realiza dentro de los emprendimientos registrados en la cámara de emprendimiento e innovación de Tungurahua donde se realiza una muestra a 152 emprendedores para conocer la realidad del emprendedurismo en la ciudad de Ambato y analizar las principales problemáticas que se establecen durante la pandemia y post pandemia, además se establece la situación actual de los emprendedores y que aspectos importantes deben tomar en cuenta para que las pequeñas y medianas empresas no fracasen a futuro.

ABSTRACT

Entrepreneurship in the world is an important systematic process that dynamizes the economy and generates sources of employment. In Ecuador there is a high entrepreneurial spirit that combines motivations of opportunity and necessity, which has been affected by the health pandemic that the world is experiencing. However, the crisis originated by the COVID-19, the quarantine and the fear of leaving home have become generators of new enterprises as a source of income for thousands of family members around the world. This research is carried out within the enterprises registered in the chamber of entrepreneurship and innovation of Tungurahua where a sample of 152 entrepreneurs is made to know the reality of entrepreneurship in the city of Ambato and analyze the main problems that are established during the pandemic and post pandemic, also establishes the current situation of entrepreneurs and what important aspects should be taken into account so that small and medium enterprises do not fail in the future.
