Strengthening administrative procedures in public hospitals: An innovative model for human resource management

The general objective of this research was to propose a human resource management model to optimize the performance and well-being of employees in large-scale organizations. An applied methodology was required for this research with a predominantly quantitative approach and a qualitative approach using a non-experimental and transactional (descriptive) design of projective scope, that is, the research focuses on formulating a proposal after an analysis of the situation. current. The results were such that shortcomings in the main variables; in hiring, training and risk management were evident, indicating that the majority of respondents feel that human resource management is not up to par, which presents an area for improvement to make management more effective. and efficient. Therefore, to resolve this problem, it is suggested that activities be evaluated and monitored institutionally, which would facilitate the identification of new opportunities and the continuous optimization of processes at the time.
