The relationship between organizational management and the job performance of employees of the National Autonomous University of Huanta was the main topic that this study attempted to address. It was assumed that the job performance of the workers of the National Autonomous University of Huanta and organizational management were significantly correlated. In this study, the sample was made up of 47 administrative workers from the National Autonomous University of Huanta, while the population was made up of 54 administrative workers from the same institution. To establish the reliability of the instruments, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used through the following steps.
- First, a pilot sample of 20 workers from the National Autonomous University of Huanta was selected to evaluate the reliability of the organizational management questionnaire. It was then used to determine the level of reliability. b. Next, using SPSS software to analyze and accurately determine the result, reliability was estimated using Cronbach's internal consistency. The analysis and the conclusion obtained indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational management and the work performance of the workers of the National Autonomous University of Huanta. Given that the chi-square test gave a value of 39,236 - that is, between 13,848 ≤ X ≤ 36.415-, the value falls within the rejection region, ruling out the acceptance of the null hypothesis and favoring the alternative.
