Analysis of psychosocial risk factors using a web application. Practical case

Abstract

This research is about the application of the psychosocial risk factor test and the development of a web application. The objective of this research is to determine the different psychosocial risk factors in the workers of the company Industria de Agua y Filtración Cia Ltda., and the development of a web application to facilitate the obtaining of the results. The test from the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador was applied, consisting of 58 questions. The web application was developed in Machung Learning. The surveyed population was 10 workers. The result found was 80% at a low level and 20% at a medium level, regarding the application that allows learning patterns from data on psychosocial risk factors and uses them to make decisions or predictions about behavior. In conclusion, when determining average levels, preventive measures should be implemented for worker health, and quick response solutions about the problem should be provided through the web application.
