The study focused on identifying the weaknesses of the occupational health and safety management system within the floriculture company EDEN Rosas, with the aim of proposing concrete strategies to improve working conditions and strengthen a preventive culture. An applied methodology with a descriptive and analytical approach was employed. The research combined a field diagnosis, using structured surveys administered to employees from various departments, with a decision-making analysis based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The results revealed significant gaps in areas such as training, access to personal protective equipment, the effectiveness of inspections, risk communication, and the incident reporting culture. Based on these findings, improvement strategies were outlined and prioritized according to their expected impact. The study contributed a replicable analytical model for similar contexts, as well as a functional action plan aimed at facilitating decision-making in the short and medium term. The need to integrate participatory approaches and technical criteria to move toward safer and more sustainable work environments was underscored
