Agrarian Innovation System of the Mayabeque province

Abstract

The Innovation Systems have been implemented as dynamic elements of society. In the particular case of agriculture, these allow to optimize the economic resources available to the agrarian entities. The objective of the present work is to elaborate the Agrarian Innovation System (SIA) of the Mayabeque province, which allows the articulation between the stakeholders involved in the process. The SIA contains the conceptual basis that governs it, the context in which it is inserted, the components, their functions and links, the indicators for the evaluation of the system and the requirements for its implementation. With the SIA a greater articulation and coherence between its elements is achieved and a broader approach in the relation to the stakeholders that participate in it, in such a way that the accomplishment of the agrarian innovation is achieved.
