Internal control in business objectives and comprehensive risk management
Abstract
The need for sound operating practices is essential to ensure the effectiveness of internal control in companies. This study has proposed to evaluate and optimize said control with a focus on comprehensive risk management and structural strengthening. The results have highlighted the importance of ethics in organizational success, the need for clear and measurable business objectives, and the crucial constant supervision. Consequently, improvements are proposed such as the explicit integration of ethical values in corporate policies, the precise definition of objectives and the implementation of continuous supervision. In conclusion, the evaluation and optimization of internal control, together with comprehensive risk management, are crucial elements for achieving business objectives. Strengthening the organizational structure and applying effective corporate policies are key actions to mitigate risks and ensure business effectiveness.
