Expectativas económicas a restaurantes de segunda categoría sobre el uso de billetera móvil

Resumen

La afectación económica mundial a causa de la pandemia sanitaria COVID 19, promueve buscar diferentes estrategias a los negocios para continuar operando, sin descuidar el riesgo de contagio entre los actores que intervienen, motivando a conocer el nivel de aceptación de la billetera móvil como medio de pago en los restaurantes de segunda categoría de la ciudad de Santo Domingo, empleado por un cuestionario online se obtuvo qué a pesar del desconocimiento del proceso y la desconfianza en la seguridad, lo aplicarían en un futuro siempre y cuando el estado intervenga con incentivos tributarios, seguridad y servicio de internet.

ABSTRACT

The global economic impact due to the health pandemic COVID 19, promotes seeking different strategies for businesses to continue operating, without neglecting the risk of contagion among the actors that intervene, motivating to know the level of acceptance of the mobile wallet as a means of payment in second category restaurants in the city of Santo Domingo, used by an online questionnaire, it was obtained that despite ignorance of the process and mistrust of security, they would apply it in the future as long as the state intervenes with tax incentives, security and internet service.
