Application to determine the geographical location of pharmacies on duty in the city of Puyo
Abstract
Pharmacies on duty help to bring medicines closer to the population at any time. In the city of Puyo, there are difficulties in determining the georeferencing of these pharmacies. The objective of this research is to develop an application to determine the geographical location of pharmacies on duty in the city of Puyo. The research has a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design and exploratory-descriptive scope. A survey was applied to a sample of 379 people from a population of 24 731 inhabitants. The XP software development methodology was used to guarantee quality and the Leaflet library was used for the creation of the georeferencing module that allows the geographical position of the establishment on duty to be visualized. The main difficulties presented by the population are received, and the process of elaboration of the application is detailed.
