Business resilience: innovative strategies in post-pandemic entrepreneurship in Santo Domingo
Abstract
Amid the COVID-19 crisis, startups in Santo Domingo, Ecuador, have faced notable economic challenges, revealing significant losses and adaptations. The need for action plans in the face of crises is evident in the adaptability of each entrepreneur. To develop the study, a mixed, qualitative and quantitative approach is used to analyze business resilience and innovative post-pandemic strategies. Resilience proves crucial, highlighting the need for innovation and digitalization. Deficiencies in advertising and business administration have been identified in the sector studied. The conclusions emphasize the need to strengthen resilience, foster innovation and address specific areas for a sustainable recovery in Santo Domingo. So that they emphasize collaboration between the business sector, universities and local authorities as a key to growth and sustainability.
