Vínculo matrimonial y la importancia de la madurez neuropsicológica.

Resumen

El presente trabajo de investigación es de importante relevancia ya que está enfocado a una de las problemáticas más importantes dentro de la institución jurídica del matrimonio, y hablamos exactamente de la edad para poder contraer matrimonio, pese a que las legislaciones del mundo establecen una edad mínima para contraer matrimonio, es importante que exista un fundamento que justifique dicha edad, es por eso que el objetivo de esta investigación consistió en analizar el proceso evolutivo de madurez neuropsicológica que fundamente la madurez de las funciones cognitivas superiores para poder tomar la decisión de contraer matrimonio con el fin de garantizar el derecho a la salud de la pareja y el de los miembros del núcleo familiar, dicha investigación se realizó con el uso del instrumento Batería Neuropsicológica de Funciones Ejecutivas y Lóbulos Frontales y desde la parte jurídica con una encuesta a los profesionales del área. La investigación es de tipo no experimental, descriptiva, de corte transversal, los resultados se enfocan en que los 18 años se tomarían como referente de la edad mínima para contraer matrimonio.

ABSTRACT

The present research work is of important relevance since it is focused on one of the most important problems within the legal institution of marriage, and we are talking exactly about the age to be able to get married, although the legislations of the world establish a minimum age to get married, it is important that there is a foundation that justifies such age, That is why the objective of this research consisted of analyzing the evolutionary process of neuropsychological maturity that supports the maturity of the higher cognitive functions to be able to make the decision to marry in order to guarantee the right to health of the couple and the members of the family nucleus, this research was carried out with the use of the Neuropsychological Battery of Executive Functions and Frontal Lobes instrument and from the legal part with a survey to the professionals of the area. The research is non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional, and the results focus on the fact that 18 years of age would be taken as the minimum age for marriage.
