Modelo integrativo focalizado en la personalidad para el manejo adecuado del nivel de estrés laboral

Resumen

Para las Pymes, es importante la gestión de la cadena de suministros que enlace a proveedores y clientes con un adecuado sistema de gestión para un mayor valor agregado. En la investigación se analiza la gestión de la cadena de suministros de las pymes de la ciudad de Ambato desde cuatro dimensiones: relación con los clientes, proveedores, sistema de producción e innovación. Los resultados indican que las pymes, a mayor tamaño, tienen un mayor vínculo en la cadena de suministro y mayor cantidad de indicadores en las dimensiones evaluadas. Es necesario proyectar un grupo de acciones a las pymes de la ciudad de Ambato que contribuyan a fortalecer su gestión de la cadena de suministros hacia el futuro.

ABSTRACT

The research was carried out in the Outpatient Care Center of the IESS in the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, due to the direct visualization of the behavior of the administrative and operational personnel, with respect to the service provided to patients arriving at the health care center that the Ecuadorian Social Security provides to the entire population of the mentioned province and adjacent provinces such as Manabí, Esmeraldas, Pichincha, Los Ríos and Cotopaxi. As a background for this research, it is indicated that it began in August 2012 and was supported by the Courts of Law; continuing until the present time with the application of the Integrated Model Focused on Personality "MIFP", achieving excellent results in the personnel that provides attention to the users of the Ambulatory Center. The MIFP Model seeks to determine seven variables that are essential for research, such as: population, gender type, self-esteem level, assertiveness level, personality type, stress level and type of psychosocial risk. By means of these parameters it is possible to determine the state in which human talent is found and with it to raise the psychotherapist treatment with the purpose of which the labor, personal and familiar yield is the best.
