Management of the quality of products and services as public policy of the local government

In the Cuban economic and social model, the local public administration acquires a leading role. The objective of this work is to identify the components of the public policy of the quality of products and services of local governments and the method for its deployment. Analysis and synthesis were used to identify the interactions between quality policy and public policy, induction-deduction to define the quality public policy of local governments and quantitative analysis to analyze the conformity of products and services for the period 2010 to 2021. The results are aimed at structuring the elements of the public policy of the quality of products and services of local governments and the method for its deployment, which will have a transversal, systemic and multicentric character, which gives it a holistic vision that allows to catalyze the results of sustainable development and improve the well-being of society. It highlights in the conclusions that this constitutes a solution proposal with which greater efficiency is achieved in public management at that level of government and in turn contributes to the improvement of territorial governance.
