Actitudes y aptitudes del tutor para enfrentar el desafío de la formación en la modalidad dual
Abstract
La formación tecnológica constituye un proceso complejo, debido a que aborda el fenómeno educativo para la producción y servicio, pensar en un currículum integrado que desarrolle la articulación entre la teoría y la práctica se ha convertido en el objetivo de muchos sistemas educativos a nivel mundial, en Ecuador la legislación vigente establece la modalidad de estudio o aprendizaje dual en las Instituciones de Educación Superior; este proceso supone una enseñanza basada en la práctica, con tutorías profesionales y académicas integradas in situ. En este sentido se analiza el rol del tutor, este debe desarrollar sus funciones docentes, con una actitud mediadora entre la institución y la empresa y sus aptitudes pedagógicas, didácticas y profesionales le deben permitir que dirija el proceso de enseñanza–aprendizaje en el entorno laboral.

ABSTRACT
Technology training is a complex process because t addresses the phenomenon of education for production and service, I think an integrated curriculum that develops the link between theory and practice has become the goal of many education systems worldwide, in Ecuador the legislation establishes the study mode or dual learning in higher education institutions; this process is a practice-based education, with professional and academic tutoring integrated in situ. In this sense the role of the tutor is analyzed, it must develop their teaching duties with a mediating attitude between the institution and the company and its pedagogical, educational and vocational skills should allow him to direct the process of teaching and learning in the workplace, a study was developed with the aim to measure the attitude of the tutors regarding dual training, identifying negative factors associated with the aptitude and attitude assumed.
