El impacto de las nuevas tecnologías y la inteligencia artificial en el empleo del sector jurídico

RESUMEN

El desarrollo de la inteligencia y las nuevas tecnologías está indisolublemente ligado a nuestra sociedad y se ha convertido en una herramienta vital para el día a día de las personas .Sin embargo, dado que toda actividad humana se rige por el derecho, existe una superposición evidente entre la inteligencia artificial y las ciencias jurídicas .Por lo tanto, determinar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial y las nuevas tecnologías en el lugar de trabajo fue el objetivo general de esta investigación. Para lograr este objetivo, se llevó a cabo una investigación descriptiva para examinar las áreas clave en las que se relacionan la inteligencia artificial y la ley para obtener una mejor comprensión de cómo podrían usarse en la práctica. Además, se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo y se hizo especial hincapié en el respeto de los derechos de los trabajadores en los estados ecuatoriano y latinoamericano. Dicho de otro modo, se realizó un análisis humanitario del uso de la inteligencia artificial en el ámbito laboral. Como resultado , se determinó que para prevenir esta vulnerabilidad , el avance tecnológico debe ir de la mano con el avance de los derechos de los trabajadores .Por lo tanto, este estudio se centró en un enfoque de humanismo que examina la relación entre dos disciplinas que es dinámica y en constante cambio en la realidad social .Los fundamentos que sustentan este enfoque se discutirán más adelante.

ABSTRACT

The development of intelligence and new technologies is inextricably linked to our society and has become a vital tool in people's day-to-day lives. However, since all human activity is governed by law, there is an obvious overlap between artificial intelligence and legal sciences .Therefore, determining the impact of artificial intelligence and new technologies in the workplace was the overall objective of this research. To achieve this objective, descriptive research was conducted to examine the key areas in which artificial intelligence and the law relate to gain a better understanding of how they might be used in practice. In addition, a quantitative approach was used and special emphasis was placed on the respect of workers' rights in the Ecuadorian and Latin American states. In other words, a humanitarian analysis of the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace was carried out. As a result, it was determined that to prevent this vulnerability , technological advancement must go hand in hand with the advancement of workers' rights .Therefore, this study focused on a humanism approach that examines the relationship between two disciplines that is dynamic and constantly changing in social reality .The rationale behind this approach will be discussed below.
