El trabajo metodológico en los colectivos años académicos: un enfoque por procesos

Resumen

El trabajo metodológico en el colectivo de año constituye el proceso estratégico de planificar, organizar, dirigir y controlar el proceso docente educativo para alcanzar la mejora continua y la satisfacción de las partes interesadas. En los colectivos de años académicos, los profesores principales de año (máxima autoridad) tienen la necesidad de gestionarlos a través del enfoque por procesos para aprovechar las ventajas de este con respecto al enfoque funcional actual que se presenta en la Educación Superior. La investigación plantea como objetivo analizar el trabajo metodológico en los colectivos de años académicos con un enfoque por procesos. Para ello se realiza un análisis conceptual del trabajo metodológico y se diseña a través del mapa de procesos, el despliegue y el diagrama de flujo. Se emplearon además métodos empíricos como la observación, entrevistas y encuestas. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron diferentes softwares entre los que se encuentran: Statistic Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) para el procesamiento de encuestas, UCINET en el análisis de redes sociales y el MindManager X5 en la elaboración de mapas conceptuales.

ABSTRACT

The methodological work in the year group constitutes the strategic process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the educational teaching process to achieve continuous improvement and the satisfaction of the interested parties. In the groups of academic years, the main teachers of the year (highest authority) have the need to manage them through the process approach to take advantage of this with respect to the current functional approach that is presented in Higher Education. The research aims to analyze the methodological work in groups of academic years with a process approach. For this, a conceptual analysis of the methodological work is carried out and it is designed through the process map, the deployment and the flow diagram. Empirical methods such as observation, interviews and surveys were also used. During the development of the research, different softwares were used, among which are: Statistic Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) for the processing of surveys, UCINET in the analysis of social networks and MindManager X5 in the elaboration of concept maps.
