Interaction relation and attitudes of syntactic norms with syntactical evolution

Abstract

         This article analyzes the forms and principles of relations between the interaction of syntactic norms of Azerbaijani literary language and the patterns of syntactic evolution. Factors, determining the emergence and developing of syntactic norms in a language, some events, that took place in society on different periods of history, in relative and non-relative languages, can be considered the influence of translated literature on the language.

         Language is a device of communication, that is always in dialectical developing, improving and enriching. This developing is formed under the influence of various intralinguistic and extra-linguistic factors from each other. The norm had accepted by all language suppliers, the developing of the language and it is regulating as a forced rule, characterizing as the method. The norm of a literary language doesn’t arise spontaneously; there are many factors that determine its emergence. The article explains the syntactic norm as a temporal indicator of syntactic evolution process. The formation of the literary language of Azerbaijani from ancient times, to nowadays, in the process of its formation and developing, the syntactic norms of the literary language didn't remain stable, and contained rules and methods related to these changes. In other words, dialectical developing, changing of form and content, that occur in a literary language had reflected in the norm, and later, had happened contrary, directions for further developing of language norms and had began acting as a means of regulating their inclinations. It was noted, that there is an inner connection between the process of syntactic evolution and the norming this article.

           It is noted in the article, that in evolvoment, which is a dialectical phenomenon, traces of the influence of the norm are obvious. The content of syntactic evolvoment  in a given period of time,features, syntactic norms characterizing that period,can be explained by considering. From this point of view,interaction between syntactic norm and evolvoment and exploring of attitudes  is the great scientific importance.
