Keywords:
Administrative ControlAbstract
This work proposes an approach to the incipient mechanisms recognized by the legal system for the protection of the rights of people subject to administrative control actions in Cuba, which have had their incorporation from the consolidation of the current process of strengthening the institutions in the country with emphasis on the complete development of the concept of Socialist State of Law, as well as the adoption of recommendations from international organizations of which our State is a part, mainly those dedicated to the activity of administrative control, specifically auditing, the fight against corruption and the principles of the right to good public administration, which has favored the creation of legal mechanisms to exercise these rights in the face of vulnerabilities of the controllers, mainly based on the administrative process, which from a practical point of view implies challenges both for the administrations and for the subjects of the rights to which their exercise will correspond.
