El estudio de caso para análisis del derecho constitucional y los trámites administrativos referente a la libertad

Abstract

La libertad y la seguridad son los preceptos fundamentales de cualquier sistema de derechos humanos y que para su amparo se han instituido los gobiernos entre los hombres Se incorporan en la Declaraciones Universales de Derechos Humanos. El reconocimiento constitucional de los derechos y libertades del ser humano requiere de instrumentos adecuados para una rápida y eficaz tutela que permita el control, unificación y sanción de sus violaciones, sin los cuales serían superficiales los esfuerzos encaminados a lograr un clima de respeto y seguridad de estos derechos humanos. El objetivo de la investigación es socializar reflexiones desde posicionamientos teóricos y metodológicos en torno al estudio de caso como metodología de enseñanza del Derecho Constitucional, en este caso de la libertad frente a los trámites administrativos, con énfasis en la Constitución, documento normativo que se utiliza como material de enseñanza-aprendizaje y que los estudiantes universitarios sientan motivación por la rama.

ABSTRACT

Freedom and security are the fundamental precepts of any system of human rights and that for their protection, governments have been instituted among men. They are incorporated in the Universal Declarations of Human Rights. The constitutional recognition of the rights and freedoms of the human being requires adequate instruments for quick and effective protection that allows the control, unification and sanction of their violations, without which the efforts aimed at achieving a climate of respect and security of these human rights would be superficial. The objective of the research is to socialize reflections from theoretical and methodological positions on the case study as a methodology for teaching Constitutional Law, in this case freedom from administrative procedures, with emphasis on the Constitution, a normative document that is used as teaching-learning material and that university students feel motivated by the branch.
