Causas fundamentales de la migración hacia y desde el Ecuador

Resumen

La migración de ecuatorianos a otros países no es un problema relativamente nuevo, sin embargo, a partir de 1998 se nota un aumento acelerado de la emigración y un grupo fundamental en los perfiles migratorios. La migración se convierte en un hecho de carácter nacional, multiclasista, multigeneracional y se feminiza. En este documento se analizarán las razones que han permitido a los ecuatorianos a migrar, teniendo como principales motivos las crisis económicas que ha atravesado el país durante varios años, la falta de empleo, el deseo de lograr un mejor nivel de vida y el elevado índice de corrupción que se viene presentando durante varias generaciones. Lo anterior se debe a diferentes causas como el inadecuado uso de los recursos existentes, incapacidad administrativa y la carencia de compromiso por parte de los gobernantes. Cambiar la visión de la colectividad, demanda trabajo y esfuerzo diario, por lo tanto, si se logra romper las ataduras y se convierte el país en un pueblo hegemónico y pluricultural unido al conocimiento como eje principal en la comunidad globalizada, esto permitirá un crecimiento sostenido y progresivo ante la sociedad.

ABSTRACT

The migration of Ecuadorians to other countries is not a relatively new problem, however, as of 1998 an accelerated increase in emigration has been noted and a fundamental group in the migratory profiles. Migration becomes a national, multi-class, multi-generational event and is feminized. This document will analyze the reasons that have allowed Ecuadorians to migrate, having as main reasons the economic crises that the country has gone through for the years, lack of employment, the dream of achieving a better quality of living and the high index corruption that has been going on for several generations. This is due to different causes such as the misuse of existing resources, administrative ack of capacity and the lack of commitment on the part of the rulers. Changing the vision of the community requires work and effort. Therefore, if the ties are broken and the country becomes a hegemonic and multicultural people united with knowledge as the main axis in the globalized community, this will allow the opportunity to sustain and progressive growth before society.
