Strategic analysis and economic viability of a fresh cheese microenterprise in the city of Puyo

Don Carlitos Cheese Factory aims to stand out for the quality of its fresh cheese, and for the robustness of its business model. With a special focus on the production and sale of fresh cheeses, the microenterprise seeks to establish a business model that allows evaluating the needs and preferences of local consumers and determining the economic viability of the business model. The study carried out provides valuable information on customer preferences and consumption patterns and unsatisfied demand. The feasibility evaluation yields positive results, with an internal rate of return of 17%, exceeding the minimum required attractiveness rate. This clearly indicates the anticipation of the recovery of the investment in a period of 3 years and 7 months. Don Carlitos Cheese Factory emerges as a promising and viable project in the food market.
