Situación actual de jóvenes emprendedores en temas de gestión administrativa.

Resumen

En la actualidad un sin número de emprendedores, día a día salen a las calles o a sus negocios para empezar un nuevo día, pero lo curioso es que estos están siendo creados por jóvenes y el éxito de los comercios se ve reflejados en el desarrollo de conocimientos en temas empresariales, aplicados y reflejados en sus negocios, sin estos saberes algunos emprendedores tienen inconvenientes en la administración de su ejercicio y es aquí donde se genera la problemática de la inadecuada utilización de herramientas y técnicas administrativas para la gestión de emprendimientos e-comerse. Teniendo como objetivo diagnosticar el nivel de conocimiento sobre gestión administrativa que tienen los jóvenes emprendedores del Ecuador, se aplica una metodología que emplea instrumentos como la encuestas para diagnosticar la realidad de discernimiento en temas administrativos. Se utilizó los métodos descriptivo, cualitativo y cuantitativo, que permitió recabar la información necesaria. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se contó con la selección 136 emprendedores. registrados en el MIES de los cuales se contactó a 103. Se logró asesorar a través de los talleres virtuales a 73 emprendedores en total.

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, a great number of entrepreneurs, day by day go out to the streets or to their businesses to start a new day, but the curious thing is that these are being created by young people and the success of the businesses is reflected in the development of knowledge in business topics, applied and reflected in their businesses, without this knowledge some entrepreneurs have problems in the administration of their exercise and it is here where the problem of the inadequate use of administrative tools and techniques for the management of e-commerce enterprises is generated, having as objective to diagnose the level of knowledge on administrative management that young entrepreneurs of Ecuador have, through the application of technical instruments such as surveys that allowed to diagnose the reality of discernment in administrative issues. The descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods were used to gather the necessary information. The research carried out is the result of the selection of entrepreneurs. Having a database of 136 entrepreneurs registered in the MIES of which 103 entrepreneurs were contacted and 73 entrepreneurs in total were advised through virtual workshops.
