Big Data génesis de la cuarta revolución industrial una crítica desde los derechos humanos

Resumen

Este trabajo investigativo propone un enfoque sistémico del post humanismo en dirección a la cuarta revolución industrial empleando un análisis crítico desde de los Derechos Humanos. Por lo tanto, el objetivo en este trabajo será estudiar teóricamente la forma en que las nuevas tecnologías como el Big Data, la Inteligencia Artificial, y la Nanotecnología inciden en la vulneración de derechos declarados universales. La justificación se encuentra en aquellas nuevas tecnologías que amenazan a la especie humana. El análisis de la narrativa se centra en la desnaturalización humana a fin de eliminar la genética y la biología humana. Los datos transitan virtualmente en altas velocidades y todo en tiempo real, la inobservancia de institucionalidad jurídica pone en peligro los derechos humanos.

ABSTRACT

This investigative work proposes a systemic approach to post humanism in the direction of the fourth industrial revolution using a critical analysis from Human Rights. Therefore, the objective in this work will be to theoretically study the way in which new technologies such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Nanotechnology affect the violation of rights declared universal. The justification is found in those new technologies that threaten the human species. Narrative analysis focuses on human denaturation in order to eliminate human biology and genetics. The data travels virtually at high speeds and all in real time, the non-observance of legal institutions endangers human rights.
