Auditoría administrativa en la avícola PROAVEC

Resumen

El presente trabajo se realizó en la empresa avícola Proavec en la ciudad de Latacunga. La finalidad de este estudio fue el diagnóstico de la situación actual en lo referente a la gestión administrativa, con el propósito de identificar posibles falencias y oportunidades al interior de esta organización para posteriormente plantear alternativas estratégicas que ayuden a maximizar procesos y recursos. Se aplicó la investigación de campo, descriptiva y documental; esto a través de instrumentos como la entrevista al propietario sobre el manejo de los procesos administrativos y encuestas a los colaboradores de la planta operativa. También se aplicaron cédulas de diagnóstico, que permitieron analizar y clasificar toda la información obtenida en la entrevista y encuesta. Como resultado se evidenció que la empresa no aplica adecuadamente el proceso administrativo y esto conlleva a un bajo desempeño laboral y retrasos en la producción.

ABSTRACT

The present work was carried out in the Proavec poultry company in the city of Latacunga. The purpose of this study was to diagnose the current situation with regard to administrative management, with the purpose of identifying possible shortcomings and opportunities within this organization to later propose strategic alternatives that help to maximize processes and resources. Field, descriptive and documentary research was applied; this through instruments such as the interview with the owner on the management of administrative processes and surveys of the employees of the operating plant. Diagnostic cards were also applied, which allowed the analysis and classification of all the information obtained in the interview and survey. As a result, it is evident that the company does not adequately apply the administrative process, and this leads to poor work performance and production delays.
