Gestión educativa y satisfacción académica en alumnos de escuela de infantería del ejército peruano

Resumen

La investigación Gestión Educativa Institucional y su Relación con la Satisfacción Académica de los Oficiales Alumnos en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército Peruano, 2019. El objetivo general es determinar la relación entre las variables Gestión Educativa Institucional y Satisfacción Académica de los Oficiales Alumnos en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército Peruano, 2019. Metodológicamente, la investigación es tipo descriptivo – correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal. La población total es 120 Oficiales alumnos, para el tamaño de la muestra estratégicamente se hizo un muestreo aleatorio simple (M.A.S.) lo cual se determinó (n) a 92 Oficiales alumnos. El principal resultado es Hi: Existe relación significativa entre la Gestión Educativa Institucional se Relaciona con la Satisfacción Académica de los Oficiales Alumnos en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército Peruano, 2019. Puesto que: 0,000 < 0,05 se acepta la hipótesis del investigador (H1) y se rechaza la hipótesis nula (H0). La investigación concluye en que se demuestra que existe correlación positiva fuerte durante toda la investigación, entre las variables analizadas y las dimensiones de las mismas.

ABSTRACT

The research Institutional Educational Management and its Relationship with the Academic Satisfaction of the Student Officers at the Infantry School of the Peruvian Army, 2019. The general objective is to determine the relationship between the variables Institutional Educational Management and Academic Satisfaction of the Officers who are students in the Infantry School of the Peruvian Army, 2019. Methodologically the research is descriptive - correlational, quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The total population is 120 student officers, for the sample size, a simple random sampling (M.A.S.) was strategically carried out, which was determined to 92 student officers. The main result is Hi: There is a significant relationship between the Institutional Educational Management is Related to the Academic Satisfaction of the Student Officers in the Peruvian Army Infantry School, 2019. Since: 0.000 <0.05 the researcher's hypothesis is accepted (H1) and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The investigation concludes that it is demostrated that there is a strong positive correlation throughout the investigation, between the analyzed variables and their dimensions.
