La educación superior tecnológica y la empleabilidad

Abstract

Es innegable la importancia de la pertinencia de la oferta académica que brinda las instituciones educativas y en particular la de los Institutos Técnicos y Tecnológicos en el Ecuador, una formación especializada operativa que debe dar respuestas a los problemas sociales o productivos a la luz de las necesidades existentes. Por eso es necesario conocer la formación calificada para el sector productivo y social sean éstas públicas o privadas. El objetivo de este análisis es de resaltar la pertinencia de la formación tecnológica para finalmente identificar la relación formación-trabajo y su aplicabilidad mediante un estudio estadístico realizando a empresas en la Provincia del Guayas.

ABSTRACT

It is undeniable the importance of the relevance of the academic offer offered by educational institutions and in particular that of the Technical and Technological Institutes in Ecuador, specialized operational training that must provide answers to social or productive problems in light of the needs existing. That is why it is necessary to know the qualified training for the productive and social sector, whether public or private. The objective of this analysis is to highlight the relevance of technological training to finally identify the training-work relationship and its applicability through a statistical study carried out in companies in the Province of Guayas.
