Abstract

The qualitative research that gave rise to this article was developed taking into consideration entrepreneurs of ongoing businesses in the city of Guayaquil in Ecuador, with the objective of: developing a model that facilitates the entrepreneur, a better performance, for the revitalization of businesses with decreasing returns. In which diagnostic methods were used to reveal the real situation that they present in terms of the disposition and mastery of tools for business management, including the mastery of science and technology, which will allow them to achieve this purpose and in addition, existing tools were consulted in the different bibliographic sources. As a result of the fulfillment of the objective set, it was found that for the cognitive and mastery conditions of said entrepreneurs, there are no easy ways to master and therefore difficult to put into practice to revitalize their businesses, so a strategic promotion model was developed, structured in seven stages that due to its complexity, does facilitate the implementation of small business entrepreneurs in order to revitalize and sustain their economic-commercial management.
