La práctica docente frente a la reforma educativa en el contexto del siglo XXI
Abstract
RESUMEN
El resumen es del trabajo, investigación a través de la experiencia vivida de los alcances de la reforma desde 1990, haciendo una retrospectiva de la reforma anterior, pero el trabajo se centra en la vivencia de docentes y directivos en la actual reforma. Se realiza un estudio de diseño fenomenológico, del cual se extrae las experiencias vividas, el enfoque es cualitativo, y se emplearon métodos y técnicas como la observación y entrevista semiestructurada. Como principal resultado se infiera que: las reformas educativas resultan un factor crucial en la práctica docente actual. No se visualiza una reforma educativa que convoque a todos los actores educativos desde los años setenta, todo lo cual requiere de una reforma educativa contextualizada que responda a factores sociales, en la cual el Estado es quien proponga, ejecute y supervise las acciones.

ABSTRACT
The abstract of the work, research through the lived experience of the scope of the reform since 1990, making a retrospective of the previous reform, but the work focuses on the experience of teachers and managers in the current reform. A study of phenomenological design is carried out, from which they lived experiences are extracted, the approach is qualitative, and methods and techniques such as observation and semi-structured interview were used. As a main result, it can be inferred that: educational reforms are a crucial factor in current teaching practice. An educational reform that convenes all educational actors since the seventies is not visualized, all of which requires a contextualized educational reform that responds to social factors, in which the State is the one who proposes, executes and supervises the actions.
