La incidencia del plan estratégico en la gestión administrativa. Caso Cooperativa de Transporte Ventanas

Abstract

Una adecuada gestión administrativa permite la optimización de los recursos que disponen las organizaciones; por tal motivo, el presente trabajo contribuye a comprender cómo un Plan estratégico puede incidir en mejorar la gestión de los recursos en la Cooperativa de Transportes Ventanas. La investigación se desarrolló con base en la modalidad mixta, cualitativa y cuantitativa; para obtener información de fuentes primarias y secundarias mediante la aplicación de la investigación de campo, descriptiva y bibliográfica. Se aplicó una encuesta a los colaboradores y socios de la Cooperativa, los resultados fueron tabulados, analizados e interpretados para ser presentados en una tabla de fácil comprensión. Finalmente, se realiza un análisis orientado a optimizar la gestión administrativa a través de la reestructuración de la organización a nivel orgánico y funcional, y de la ejecución de acciones definidas para este fin, permitiendo evaluar su efectividad, en caso de ser implementada por la Cooperativa de Transporte “Ventanas”, empresa a la cual está dirigida el presente estudio.

ABSTRACT

An adequate administrative management allows the optimization of the resources available to the organizations; for this reason, the present work contributes to understand how a strategic plan can have an impact on improving the management of resources in the Cooperativa de Transportes Ventanas. The research was developed based on the mixed, qualitative and quantitative modality; to obtain information from primary and secondary sources through the application of field, descriptive and bibliographic research. A survey was applied to the Cooperative's collaborators and partners, the results were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted to be presented in an easy-to-understand table. Finally, an analysis oriented to optimize the administrative management through the restructuring of the organization at the organic and functional level, and the execution of actions defined for this purpose, allowing to evaluate its effectiveness, in case of being implemented by the Cooperativa de Transporte "Ventanas", the company to which this study is directed.
