La sostenibilidad ambiental y la contribución al desarrollo desde un parque tecnológico

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta aborda la relación que se establece entre la universidad y las empresas de producción, considerando el papel de ella como actor del desarrollo. Sobre la base de la consideración de las cuestiones relacionadas a la crisis ambiental contemporánea, se parte de la necesidad de responder con acciones prácticas a una de sus expresiones: elproblema energético. Se identifican asílos beneficios que tiene para el nexo universidad- sector productivo la constitución de Parques Tecnológicos y sobre esta base se proponen como alternativa de trabajo para estos, considerando las experiencias de otros países, la creación de los llamados Smart Grid, como su contenidoen Cienfuegos, y alternativa de su constitución con la coordinación de la universidad.

ABSTRACT

The work presented approaches to the relationship established among the university and the productive enterprises, understanding the role of the university as the actor of the development. Based on the consideration of the elements related to the contemporary environmental crisis. It is a need to answer with practical actions to one of its expressions: the energy problem. The identification of benefits that the constitution of Technology Parks has for the nexus university-productive sector is given and, upon this base, they are proposed as working alternative, taking into consideration the experience in other countries, the creation of the so-called Smart Grid, as well as its content in Cienfuegos and the constitution with the coordination of the university.
