Propuesta de creación del museo interactivo en la ciudad de Ambato-Ecuador.

Resumen

Tungurahua es una de las provincias pertenecientes al Ecuador, misma que en la actualidad posee una rica historia, cultura y sobre todo gastronomía reconocidas a nivel nacional; al hablar de gastronomía es imposible no mencionar: el llapingacho, variedades de pan como el de Pinllo, tenemos las gallinas de Pinllo, entre otros. A nivel cultural, está la Fiesta de las Flores y de las Frutas la cual se celebra en los días de carnaval. Sus múltiples riquezas y tradiciones se toman en cuenta para el presente estudio, El objetivo general es diagnosticar la situación actual de los valores culturales para generar una propuesta de recuperación del museo interactivo de gastronomía y turismo en la ciudad de Ambato; se emplearon métodos de investigación como el deductivo-inductivo y analítico-sintético y las técnicas de la encuesta con un cuestionario estandarizado, así la entrevista a expertos que trabajan en el área de la cultura y el turismo de la ciudad de Ambato. Los resultados de la encuesta aplicada dan como resultado la existencia de un alto grado de desconocimiento acerca de lo que es un museo interactivo. Los encuestados mencionaron que existe un 82% interesados en visitar museos interactivos; por lo que es de vital importancia la elaboración de fichas técnicas de los platos gastronómicos.

ABSTRACT

Tungurahua is one of the provinces belonging to Ecuador, which currently has a rich history, culture and especially gastronomy recognized nationally; when talking about gastronomy we could mention: the llapingacho, varieties of bread such as Pinllo, we have the hens of Pinllo, among others. At a cultural level, there is the Festival of Flowers and Fruits which is celebrated during carnival days. The general objective is to diagnose the current situation of cultural values to generate a proposal for the recovery of the interactive museum of gastronomy and tourism in the city of Ambato; this is achieved through the deductive-inductive and analytical-synthetic research method and the techniques of the survey with a standardized questionnaire and interview with experts working in the area of culture and tourism in the city of Ambato. The results of the survey showed a high degree of lack of knowledge about what an interactive museum is. Respondents mentioned that 82% of them are interested in visiting interactive museums; therefore, it is of vital importance the elaboration of technical cards of the gastronomic dishes.
