Los procesos penales de adolescentes infractores y su efectividad en las medidas socio educativas.

Resumen

Con la finalidad de reintegrar a los adolescentes infractores a la sociedad se aplican medidas socio educativas. El objetivo de este estudio es, mediante la aplicación de un sistema especial, poder reintegrar a los adolescentes a la sociedad, luego de cometer alguna infracción. Se busca determinar la efectividad de la aplicación de normas socio educativas en adolescentes infractores, mismas que se encuentran establecidas en el Código de la Niñez y la Adolescencia.El método utilizado fue de naturaleza mixta, así como la utilización de entrevistas y estadísticas que nos ayuden a conocer más sobre el tema.Luego de realizar una investigación a fondo, llegamos a la conclusión que es necesario que se apliquen programas sociales, familiares y psicológicos, teniendo como finalidad hacer un seguimiento a los jóvenes y a sus familias a largo plaza plazo para comprobar el cambio positivo.

ABSTRACT

In order to reintegrate adolescent offenders into society, socio-educational measures are applied. The objective of this study is, through the application of a special system, to reintegrate adolescents into society after committing an infraction. The aim is to determine the effectiveness of the application of socio-educational norms in adolescent offenders, which are established in the Code for Children and Adolescents.The method used was of a mixed nature, as well as the use of interviews and statistics to help us learn more about the subject.After conducting a thorough investigation, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to apply social, family and psychological programs, with the purpose of following up the young people and their families in the long term in order to verify the positive change.
