Determinación de variables difusas influyentes en la demanda de construcción de viviendas

Resumen

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar una metodología basada en modelos matemáticos capaces de asimilar la incertidumbre epistémica presente en la información relacionada con las variables que influyen en la construcción de viviendas y de involucrar la experiencia de los expertos implicados en el estudio. El análisis del estado del arte permite determinar una relación entre las condiciones socioeconómicas de un territorio y la demanda de viviendas. El procedimiento permitió establecer para la provincia de Cienfuegos ocho variables que son las encargadas de describir el comportamiento de la demanda en la provincia. El trabajo identifica, además, que las variables presentan un alto grado de incertidumbre de ahí la necesidad de trabajarlas a partir de la lógica difusa.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research was to design a methodology based on mathematical models capable of assimilating the epistemic uncertainty present in the information related to the variables that influence housing construction and involving the experience of the experts involved in the study. The analysis of the state of the art makes it possible to determine a relationship between the socioeconomic conditions of a territory and the demand for housing. The procedure allowed to establish for the province of Cienfuegos eight variables that are responsible for describing the behaviour of demand in the province. The work also identifies that the variables present a high degree of uncertainty, hence the need to work on them based on fuzzy logic.
