Valoración del conocimiento sobre el derecho de alimentos congruos

Resumen

La investigación está dirigida a identificar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el derecho de alimentos congruos en un grupo de abogados, para lo cual se inicia con una búsqueda bibliográfica y un diagnóstico inicial que justifican la necesidad de investigar estos temáticos aspectos que le dan consistencia a la misma. El objetivo es: validar un instrumento que permita identificar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el derecho de alimentos congruos. Los principales métodos y técnicas utilizadas fueron: el analítico sintético, el inductivo deductivo, la encuesta, observación científica, y los estadísticos- matemáticos. Se constató luego de aplicado el instrumento en la muestra investigada que los resultados poseen un nivel de validez alto pues p 000, lo cual permite su nivel de generalización en una muestra mayor.

ABSTRACT

The research is aimed at identifying the level of knowledge about the right of maintenance in a group of lawyers, for which it begins with a literature search and an initial diagnosis that justify the need to investigate these thematic aspects that give consistency to it. The objective is: to validate an instrument to identify the level of knowledge about the right to maintenance payments. The main methods and techniques used were: synthetic analytical, inductive-deductive, survey, scientific observation and statistical-mathematical methods. After applying the instrument to the investigated sample, it was found that the results have a high level of validity, i.e. p 000, which allows its generalization to a larger sample.
