Ciberacoso patronal a través de dispositivos digitales en tiempos de Covid-19

Resumen

La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar las causas del ciberacoso ocasionadas en función del teletrabajo en tiempos de Covid-19, para ello es necesario replantearse la definición de mobbing ya que, en emergencia sanitaria, muchos términos conocidos han sido reformulados. La investigación se desarrolló bajo la modalidad cuali-cuantitativa puesto que además de discutir las posturas de los diferentes autores en ella mencionados, se toma como referencias estadísticas emitidas por el ministerio relación a las denuncias recibidas durante el 2020. El tipo de investigación es documental y transversal, ya que se enfocó en discutir elementos y consecuencias generadas dentro del tiempo en que se generó la emergencia sanitaria.

ABSTRACT

The present research aims to analyze the causes of cyberbullying caused by teleworking in times of Covid-19, for this it is necessary to rethink the definition of mobbing since, in a health emergency, many known terms have been reformulated. The research was developed under the quali-quantitative modality since, in addition to discussing the positions of the different authors mentioned in it, statistics issued by the Ministry of Labor concerning the complaints received during 2020 are taken as a reference, in addition to taking the referential form data from datareportal.com concerning the people of Ecuador, who connect to mobile devices 2020. The type of research is documentary and transversal since it focused on discussing elements and consequences generated within the time in which the health emergency.
