Análisis de las causas inaplicabilidad del derecho al bienestar relativo a la vivienda en el cantón Santo Domingo

Resumen

Garantizar el derecho a una vivienda digna es deber del Estado Ecuatoriano, pues es un derecho humano y una necesidad social. El Estado ha promulgado ciertas leyes y proyectos que favorecen este tema, pero todavía son insuficientes o no se aplican acorde a la realidad actual. Lo cual se presenta como problema principal de esta investigación. Por lo que se plantea como objetivo: analizar las causas de inaplicabilidad del derecho al bienestar relativo a la vivienda en el Cantón Santo Domingo, mediante los Mapas Cognitivos Difusos como modelo matemático abarcador que incluye la noción de incertidumbre y el criterio de expertos. Una vez finalizado el estudio de caso se exponen estrategias a seguir para mejorar la situación polémica planteada.

ABSTRACT

Guaranteeing the right to adequate housing is the duty of the Ecuadorian State since it is a human right and a social necessity. The State has enacted certain laws and projects that favour this issue, but they are still insufficient or not applied in accordance with the current reality. This is the main problem of this investigation. Therefore, the objective is to analyze the causes of the inapplicability of the right to housing in Santo Domingo Canton, using the Fuzzy Cognitive Maps as a comprehensive mathematical model that includes the notion of uncertainty and expert judgement. Once the case study has been completed, strategies are set out to improve the controversial situation raised.
