La violencia contra la mujer desde la perspectiva de género y sus derechos

Resumen

El hombre ha fundamentado su dominio sobre la mujer, valiéndose de la violencia sexual, permitida por la familia y el Estado; sometida mediante la fuerza, logrando privilegios dominantes. Esta violencia se concentra en la mujer, quedando al control sexual y reproductivo de los varones, a quien se atribuye su dominio. La violencia contra la mujer mantiene altos índices en el país seis de cada diez mujeres han sufrido actos de violencia, el Estado es garantista de los derechos humanos de las mujeres; este artículo científico aporta con los resultados de una investigación sobre violencia, el patriarcado, identidad, género, aportes feministas, sexualidad, derechos humanos, formas de violencia, en que se demuestra históricamente la discriminación contra la mujer en una sociedad machista. Para responder al problema investigativo, se procedió a ejecutar dos paradigmas, la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa; con relación a la primera, permitió asociar las variables para lograr interpretar los resultados; la segunda ayudó evaluar los estudios sobre validación de encuestas, para que los resultados no queden en escala numérica. Los resultados investigativos probaron que, para construir una masculinidad más humana, debe concientizarse los roles y estereotipos sociales creados por la sociedad patriarcal. Lo expresado concluye no solo en denunciar los derechos que ha sufrido la mujer, sino utilizar el pensamiento feminista para visibilizar la estructura del derecho que ha estado parcializado para favorecer al sexo masculino.

ABSTRACT

Men have based their domination over women, using sexual violence, allowed by the family and the State; subdued by force, achieving dominant privileges. This violence is concentrated in the woman, remaining to the sexual and reproductive control of the men, to whom its dominion is attributed. Violence against women maintains high indexes in the country, six out of ten women have suffered acts of violence, the State is the guarantor of women's human rights; this scientific article contributes with the results of a research on violence, patriarchy, identity, gender, feminist contributions, sexuality, human rights, forms of violence, in which the discrimination against women in a macho society is historically demonstrated. In order to respond to the research problem, two paradigms were implemented, quantitative and qualitative research; in relation to the first one, it allowed to associate the variables in order to interpret the results; the second one helped to evaluate the studies on survey validation, so that the results do not remain in a numerical scale. The research results proved that, to build a more humane masculinity, awareness of the roles and social stereotypes created by patriarchal society must be raised. This concludes not only in denouncing the rights that women have suffered, but also in using feminist thinking to make visible the structure of law that has been biased in favor of the male sex.
