La capacitación como factor de éxito en las organizaciones cubanas

Abstract

En este trabajo se hace un análisis de la situación que atraviesa el mundo y en particular Cuba con todos los cambios que se están sucediendo y cómo estos pueden afectar a las organizaciones si no están debidamente preparadas para hacerles frente. El objetivo del mismo es mostrar que el proceso de capacitación correctamente programado y evaluado puede brindarle a las organizaciones cubanas la oportunidad de encaminarse al éxito y salir airosa de todos los cambios que se están dando en el entorno turbulento en el que se mueven, comenzando por los directivos.

 Summary

The present paper approaches the great validity and importance that the training process has in Cuba. An analysis of the situation is made that crosses the world and in particular Cuba with all the changes that are happening and how these can affect to the organizations if they are not properly prepared to make them front. The objective of this article is to show that the correctly programmed and evaluated training process can offer to the Cuban organizations the opportunity to head to the success and to leave airy of all the changes that are giving in the turbulent environment in which move, beginning with administrative.
