Proyecto agropecuario local en la UBPC Simón Bolívar de Yaguajay. Sistematización de experiencias

Resumen

Las Unidades Básicas de Producción Cooperativa (UBPC) surgen como una nueva forma organizativa de los productores agropecuarios en Cuba en el año 1993. En ese contexto se crea la UBPC Simón Bolívar de Yaguajay. Sin embargo, su objeto social cambia radicalmente con el redimensionamiento de la industria azucarera en el municipio. Ello trajo consecuencias en la gestión eficiente de la UBPC para poder dar respuesta a la producción agropecuaria con los nuevos fines. En ese sentido, en el 2008 inicia el proyecto de reconversión de la agricultura cañera en agropecuaria en la base productiva, el que ha transitado por varias fases sin un proceso de sistematización de experiencias. El presente artículo resume los resultados de la propuesta de sistematización como respuesta a la problemática planteada. Refleja los principales aprendizajes, resultados e impactos alcanzados a partir de la reconstrucción histórica del proyecto. Ello permite reflexionar sobre la base de las lecciones aprendidas y proponer acciones que posibilitan; por una parte su consolidación, y por otra, una mayor contribución a la gestión eficiente de la UBPC y al desarrollo local, a partir de las acciones de mejora derivadas del proceso de sistematización.

ABSTRACT

The Basic Units of Cooperative Production (UBPC) begin like a new organizational form of the agricultural producers in 1993 in Cuba. In this context, arises the UBPC Simón Bolívar of Yaguajay. However, their social object changes radically with the redimensional of the sugar industry in the municipality. It transcended in the efficient administration of the UBPC to be able to give answer to the agricultural production with the situation new. In that, in the 2008 begins the reconversión of the agriculture cañera in agricultural project in the productive base. It have been traffick for several phases without a process of experiences systematizing. The paper present summary the results of the systematizing proposal for answer to the outlined problem. Reflective the main learnings, results and impacts reached starting from the historical reconstruction of the project. This to meditate on the base of the learned lessons and to propose actions that facilitate; on one hand, their consolidation, and another, a bigger contribution to the efficient administration of the UBPC and the local development. This derived the improvement actions of the systematizing process.
