PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA EVALUACIÓN EXPOST DE UNA REHABILITACIÓN CAFETALERA EN MAYARÍ

RESUMEN

El buen uso de los recursos es una de las grandes prioridades del mundo contemporáneo. En Cuba, como en la mayoría de los países latinoamericanos, varios han sido los proyectos que han tenido un impacto nulo y a veces negativo en el desarrollo económico del país. Debido a esto es una necesidad lograr la eficiencia en el proceso inversionista, la problemática resulta de gran significación, novedad científica y actualidad, dado el insuficiente desarrollo de la teoría y la práctica, es por ello que el objetivo de la presente investigación es establecer un procedimiento para la evaluación expost de proyectos agropecuarios específicamente orientado a la rehabilitación cafetalera donde se tenga en cuenta los componentes para el análisis del riesgo y perfeccionar de esta forma el proceso de evaluación a escala territorial.

ABSTRACT

The good use of the resources is one of the greatest priorities of the country. In Cuba, like in most of the Latin American countries, numerous investment projects have had a null and sometimes negative impact. Due to this it is a necessity of the country to achieve the efficiency in the investment process, the treated problem is of great significance, scientific novelty and present time, given the insufficient development of the theory and the practice on the topic, hence that the present investigation a procedure for the evaluation expost in agricultural projects to a coffee rehabilitation where one keeps in mind the components for the risk analysis and to improve this way the evaluation process to territorial scale.
