Variables de responsabilidad social empresarial en el sector del agua y saneamiento en Cuba

Resumen

La presente investigación se realizó desde la Organización Superior de Dirección Empresarial (OSDE) de Agua y Saneamiento. El objetivo general es identificar variables que contribuyan a evaluar el desempeño de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en el sector del agua y saneamiento en Cuba.

Se estableció el marco teórico referencial sobre la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial a través del estudio de las diferentes definiciones que existen asociadas al tema investigado y la revisión de los modelos e instrumentos existentes a nivel mundial en cuanto a la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. Se realiza una propuesta de variables relacionadas a la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en el contexto cubano en el sector del agua y saneamiento.

 ABSTRACT

The present research was carried out from the Higher Organization of Business Management (OSDE) of Water and Sanitation. The general objective is to identify variables that contribute to evaluating the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility in the water and sanitation sector in Cuba.

The referential theoretical framework on Corporate Social Responsibility was established through the study of the different definitions that exist associated with the subject investigated and the review of existing models and instruments worldwide in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility. A proposal of variables related to Corporate Social Responsibility in the Cuban context in the water and sanitation sector is made.
