Resumen

El presente trabajo investigativo fue enfocado en la Parroquia Telimbela perteneciente al Cantón Chimbo, Provincia de Bolívar, la finalidad de la investigación fue comprobar los daños ambientales, así como la vulneración de vivir en un ambiente sano a los moradores de esta localidad, que provocan las concesionarias antes indicadas. La importancia del trabajo radica en que, con la Constitución del 2008, se reconoce a la naturaleza como sujeto de Derechos a la cual en caso de daños debe hacerse constar la reparación integral, además es responsabilidad no solo para el Estado sino también para los ciudadanos que formamos parte el defender y ver que se cumplan cada uno de sus derechos mencionados en nuestra Carta Magna. Se empleó una metodología de corte cuali-cuantitativa o también conocido como mixto, el cual permite mediante el uso de los elementos característicos de cada una de las dos investigaciones en su forma individual, lograr un resultado más preciso con relación al tema investigado precisos acerca de la insatisfacción que sentían los moradores.

ABSTRACT

The present investigative work was focused on the Telimbela Parish belonging to the Chimbo Canton, Bolívar Province, the purpose of the investigation was to verify the environmental damage, as well as the violation of living in a healthy environment to the inhabitants of this town, which cause the dealerships listed above. The importance of the work lies in the fact that, with the Constitution of 2008, nature is recognized as a subject of Rights to which in case of damage the integral reparation must be recorded, it is also a responsibility not only for the State but also for the citizens that we are part of defending and seeing that each of your rights mentioned in our Magna Carta are fulfilled. A qualitative-quantitative cut methodology or also known as mixed was used, which allows, through the use of the characteristic elements of each of the two investigations in its individual form, to achieve a more precise result in relation to the subject investigated, precise about the dissatisfaction felt by the residents.
