Contaminación del Medio Ambiente por parte del Ingenio Valdez

Resumen

La fábrica azucarera Ingenio Valdez y su impacto en la contaminación del medio ambiente por desechos tóxicos en el sector San Francisco del cantón Milagro en el año 2022, afecta a los ciudadanos que viven en este campo, por lo que el objetivo del presente trabajo es el análisis de las condiciones para la solicitud a las autoridades del Ministerio Del Medio Ambiente la verificación dispuesta en el artículo veintiséis del Código Orgánico Del Ambiente a la Empresa Ingenio Valdez, y la comprobación del cumplimiento del articulado. La metodología que se empleó fue cualitativa y cuantitativa, posterior se realizó una encuesta a los estudiantes de la institución educativa José María Velasco Ibarra donde dieron como resultado que un el 16% no considera que la Empresa Ingenio Valdez produce frecuentemente desechos tóxicos, mientras que un 84% considera que si es muy frecuente está contaminación de desechos tóxicos.

ABSTRACT

The Ingenio Valdez sugar factory and its impact on the environmental contamination by toxic waste in the San Francisco sector of the Milagro canton in the year 2022, affects the citizens who live in this field, for which the objective of the present work is the analysis of the conditions for the request to the authorities of the Ministry of the Environment the verification provided in article twenty-six of the Organic Code of the Environment to the Ingenio Valdez Company, and verification of compliance with the articles. The methodology that was used was qualitative and quantitative, after which a survey was carried out on the students of the José María Velasco Ibarra educational institution, which resulted in 16% not considering that the Ingenio Valdez Company frequently produces toxic waste, while a 84% consider that it is very frequent contamination of toxic waste.
